Even low PSI pressure washing can damage the granules that protect shingles and void most roof warranties.

Our Process

Our Five-Stage Eco-Friendly Cleaning Process

1. Initial Moss and Algae Removal

We begin with a careful manual removal of the bulk of moss and algae. This initial step is crucial as it prepares the roof for more detailed cleaning by eliminating the major growths without causing damage to the roof surface.

2. Debris Clearing

Next, we use battery-powered blowers and professional vacuum cleaners to thoroughly clear all loose debris from the roof. This debris is collected and responsibly disposed of, ensuring that the roof is clean and ready for the next steps.

3. Gutter Cleaning

We then clean all the gutters to remove debris, moss, and other foreign objects. This step is essential to ensure optimal water flow and to prevent potential water damage to your home caused by clogged gutters.

4. Side Flashing Cleaning

After the gutters, we clean the side flashing to ensure proper water drainage and prevent water ingress. This step helps in maintaining the integrity and durability of the roof's structure.

5. Site Cleanup

Finally, we conduct a comprehensive site cleanup. This includes removing all the collected debris and ensuring that the area around your home is left clean and tidy. Our goal is to leave your property in better condition than we found it, with no trace of the cleaning process left behind.
